USBR 201 in Delaware begins at the Pennsylvania border heading south. U.S. Bicycle Route (USBR) 201 is NOT signed.
Near Bellevue State Park the route joins the Northern Delaware Greenway to Brandywine Park linking destinations such as parks, historic sites, schools, museums, and tourist attractions.
The route continues through the downtown business district of Wilmington then meets up with the Jack A. Markell Trail, which consists of an off-road elevated boardwalk and paved trails. Battery Park Trail, which is a paved biking trail in Historic New Castle, features a riverfront park, museums, and historic churches. The trail runs along the Delaware River.
As the route approaches University of Delaware, it follows the James F. Hall Trail. The route heads southwest, until it ends at the Maryland border.
