USBR 45A in Minnesota is an alternate version of USBR 45 - connecting the headwaters of the Mississippi River -through Minneapolis-St. Paul - to Iowa. It is in four sections. U.S. Bicycle Route (USBR) 21 is NOT signed.
USBR 45A St. Cloud stays on the east side of the Mississippi River through St. Cloud.
